The BEST air mattress!
I rarely write product reviews but I am so impressed with this mattress I felt compelled to put in a review. I originally bought this mattress to use while camping. I love tent camping but I'm at an age where I don't want to sleep on the ground anymore. I've used air mattresses for camping in the past and most of the time they were fine, but they tended to lose air and you were still only a few inches above the floor so it was always a struggle to get up an out of the bed. After removing the bed from the packaging and unfolding it, you can feel and see the quality of the seams and the heftiness of the plastic. It only takes a minute or two to inflate it using the built in pump. I chose the firm setting and when I felt it was firm enough I laid down on it and was very impressed with how firm it was. After laying on it for a few minutes I climbed off and could instantly hear the pump kick in for a couple of seconds to add a little air.As it turns out I ended up not using this mattress for camping because I injured my shoulder and was unable to set up a campsite. For reasons I won't go into my significant other and I found ourselves in need of a queen sized bed and didn't wish to purchase a new bed at this time. Instead we decided to use this inflatable bed as our regular mattress in our home. This mattress has worked perfectly as a home mattress, is very comfortable and very easy to get in and out of. It's very easy to make the bed every day because it takes almost no effort to pull it away from the wall to straighten the sheets. We don't hear the pump anymore and the automatic feature may not be working properly, however it loses very little air and we can manually add air with the built in pump if we need to.I can honestly say this mattress is an excellent substitute for a conventional or memory foam mattress in the home. Young people heading out into the world for the first time usually don't have the money to purchase a new bed. If you find yourself moving around a lot you can just deflate this bed for easy transport. Camping? Sure! Need a place for guests to sleep? This is perfect! There are a few things you should know before purchasing this mattress. Because it is filled with air there is no insulation between the bed and a cold floor so you need extra material between you and the mattress. The mattress pad included with the bed isn't worth much in this respect and doesn't stay in place anyway because the sides are too short. The company should address this! We put a second, thicker mattress pad made for deep mattresses over the top of the small pad and then a fitted sheet over that. It's a very snug fit but we aren't cold anymore and everything stays in place. The other thing is this bed can make a fair amount of squeaky noise when you move round on it. This is due to the plastic adjusting to the weight distribution. This noise doesn't bother us at all but may bother others. We've been sleeping on it now, every night, for the past three months with no complaints! This is a GREAT inflatable mattress and for the price it is fantastic! I can highly recommend it as a temporary mattress or a more permanent option if you can't afford a conventional bed.

So far, oh so good.
Purchased this air mattress and soft cover set to use while our POD shipped our household belongings across country. Due to distance we won't have access to our actual bed for about two weeks. As such, wanted something comfortable to use in both houses that would store away while we travel. Also, was willing to pay a premium to get a multi use air mattress that would also accommodate both my parents bad backs when they come to visit us. So far, it is great! It arrived super quickly due to using Amazon Prime. Money and time saver. The shipping box is quite large and the actual box for the bed is ridiculously heavy. I guess this is good as it did protect the air mattress quite well. We used the item box for our own packing. Once you get it out it comes in a large vinyl bag with nylon handles. That helps a lot. You can then lose the heavy box and have a smaller footprint for a guest bed when packed away. The mattress topper is in no way substantial but it works well and provides a buffer between you and the mattress. We chose to add a $20 foam egg crate type topper between the cover and our fitted sheet to add a bit more cushion. It is working great. Looks like both the bed and topper should travel well. With that addition I'd say the bed is pretty darn comfortable. I can feel the contours of the bed which is different from sleeping on a regular mattress but that is not bad. I think if we added our much heavier memory foam topper we'd be in heaven. Unfortunately, that would be too large to haul with the mattress itself, so we are using something thinner. As far as air leakage, I haven't heard the secondary fan come on yet but the air mattress is holding up well under my husband and my weight (plus a little beagle) just fine. And you can add and take out air with the touch of a button. I also like how incredibly fast the bed set up. And if you have dogs like us, having an instant fabric cover was a God send. Because as soon as it was bed height our other large dog jumped up on the bed nails and all. Yikes! The cover was helpful to prevent any punctures. We are happy with it and plan to use it as a guest bed at our new home once we get there. We have a nice memory foam topper that we can use should guests want a little extra comfort. I imagine with that it would feel possibly better than our own mattress at that point. We have it set on the firm setting, and it feels like we are in a hotel. I encourage buying this product.

5 pinholes appeared in 1 month, and only slept on 1/2of the month. Bad Experience, Don't Reccomend
I loved the bed when it arrived, slept great, and the pump was excellent. The first night I heard the pump faintly running but thought that may be normal. I was wrong, next a.m. bed had sunk noticably, pump still running but i could hear a hissing then fount the first hole. on the top of the bed in one of the circle impactions... This happened 4 other times, not to mention the one patch they give you.... if you cut it into fourths, they do not stick well enough to last a day. I had to add some silicone/glue material along with the patch. At this rate I will be sleeping on swiss cheese before christmas. There may be a defect in the manufacturing, as all of the holes have been same size and located where the circle imprints meet the rest of the mattress. I noticed there are some wrinkles/hard dots in these "seams" and that may be what is causing the holes.Do not buy, I thought I was getting a top of the line airbed but it is not worth all the trouble. Very comfortable and easy to use but you cant go flat if you call your products never-flat. I wish I would have gotten a Serta. The kicker, I travel for work so I missed the 1 month deadline to return the product. how convenient! I am debating which one looks absolute best, and am leaning towards trying the serta bed with the legs. This purchase was a big bummer.

Like the others
Used it twice in one year. 3rd time... It's leaking and the 2nd pump is working all night. And yes, the noise is too loud to sleep. Had big hope but ended up being very disappointed

Resultó Cómodo, no Decepcionó

Comfortable Sleep
Easy to inflate. Pillow top was a great addition. "Firm" setting was pretty good. A bit more firm might have been nice, but the bed was quite comfortable to sleep on and supported two of us without sagging in the middle. Held air well. Not sure if the Never Flat Pump ever kicked in and, if it did, it did so very quietly! Haven't used it enough to comment adequately on durability, but the mattress material seemed robust. Overall, a very satisfactory purchase.
