Works good! Tested a few items I knew were gold and some I knew were not. It did just fine.

Not accurate if your jewelry is Gold Plated

This gold tester is not accurate. If you have gold "plated" jewelry, it still registers the jewelry as if it's full gold. So imagine my surprise when I went to sell my gold, which registered some as 10K and some at 14K, and it was worth nothing at the gold exchange.
