It is an SDR, seems pretty self explanatory to me and probably anyone else seeking out this product. Why would they waste valuable space explaining what an SDR doesn't when you can very easily seek out that information yourself. The product description is for specification and details about the product that the people seeking to buy it would need to make an educated purchase. Do you complain about the product pages for toilet paper because they don't explain what it is used for in the description, or is this just a one time thing?

will this work with usb 3.0 without zadig?

do i need an upconverter with the nesdr-xtr bundle?
