I just want to add codes with no access cards and I don't see the instructions for this.

You should add the user cards at first. Then, please adjust the status of the keypad as "Enable changing private PIN" mode: press [#] + [881122] + [1] + [3]. If you hear the device sounds two beeps that means the status adjust successful. Then, modify the Private PIN: long press [#] until you hear the device sounds (beep, two beeps), then reading the user card (beep, two beeps), then press [4 digits old PIN] + [4 digits New PIN] + repeat input the [4 digits New PIN] once. Please noted the default private PIN is [0000].

With an rfid coding tool, can you program/reprogram fobs for this unit? we need many more than 10.

Yes, you can program / reprogram the keyfobs by using this access control keypad. But for more keyfobs, you can try to order from other link.

Can I program a six digit access code or multiple access codes?

The programming code should be a 6 digits number, while the access password should be a 4 digits number.
