Review: Not a new condition - It was said new condition , not true,original packaging was open the kettle dirty and finger prints all over. Review: Low product quality - Lid did not open easily from day 1, then kettle got stuck on stand. Release clip faulty. Finally after 6 months use, kettle stopped working altogether. Has 30 day warranty. Looks great but a bad purchase. This review is absolutely identical to all the issues I have with product. For the price of product it is UNACCEPTABLE. The seller MUST pay full refund even after 30-days OF WARRANTY. The product goes under Bugatti name. It is shame. I ordered some electric parts and after that the kettle worked 3 more months. After that kettle starts leaking and it went to garbage. Do not waste money buying this product. Bugatti brand after that fell down in my eyes completely. Never ever I will buy any products with Bugatti name.
