These little moth protectors hang really neatly in wardrobes or cupboards and lie flat in drawers or on shelves. The scent is quite strong, not unpleasant but not much like lavender. The pink filling in the purple plastic holder is like a piece of folded paper impregnated with chemicals. After three months of use the filling should be disposed of with household waste not put in recycling bins but the plastic holder can go in the recycling bin.I am disappointed that the moth killers only protect against the moth, and not against eggs or larvae. I understood from the initial information I read before ordering that clothes, etc. would be protected from the whole of the Luce cycle but the box containing the hangers only specifies adult moths. That protection is better than none but it’s the larvae that do the damage so I would have liked protection from them too.Quite good value, but not everyone will like the smell.Warning: I left one hanger out of its packet in my apron pocket as I was putting others into cupboards and wardrobes. Within 6-8 minutes my throat was uncomfortable and I could almost taste the chemicals so do not leave them out in open spaces, keep drawers and wardrobes shut most of the time to avoid any possibility of irritation. I immediately disposed of the one that had been in my pocket and had a glass of water and all was well, perhaps it was just coincidence but do be careful, just in case.
