Very good fermenter. Works great. Holds 2 large cabbages which results in 3 mason jars of fermented cabbage. I have mine going all the time and I’m buying a second one so I can have a batch of kimchi going at the same time. Easy to use.

Recipiente perfecto para el kimchi
Estoy muy contenta desde que compré este recipiente tanto por su tamaño como por su material ya que parece muy resistente, de hecho volví a comprarlo por segunda vez. He realizado baechu kimchi en numerosas ocasiones y para haceros una idea caben unas 3 coles de tamaño mediano. También he realizado kkakdugi kimchi y puse unos 2 kilos de rábano y me sobraba bastante espacio. En los dos casos gracias a su tapa al vacío la fermentación se realiza de forma correcta. La única cosa mala es su precio ya que en mi opinión es elevado. Espero que os sirva de ayuda mi reseña.

Maravilhoso!! Chegou em minha casa em 9 dias corridos! Único que veda realmente o cheiro de kimchi na geladeira. Com duas tampas. Vale cada centavo! Eu já havia comprado o de 1,7l e agora comprei esse de 3,4l. Perfeito!!
