Just For Men Control GX 2-in-1 Grey Reducing Shampoo and Conditioner, 118ml

This is a brilliant, product, using it is very easy just like normal shampoo, leave it on for a minute or two, and your hair will start to darken, was a little sceptical initially, but I've been using it for a few months now and its great, one point to note every now and then wash your hair with normal shampoo.

I’ve been using this shampoo for a few weeks now and the results are gradual but noticeable. It’s easy to use as part of a normal hair washing routine, and the colour change looks natural rather than sudden. Hair feels clean and conditioned after use, so it works well as a 2-in-1 product. It does take some time to see results, so consistency is key, but that’s expected with this type of product. Overall, a convenient option if you want to reduce grey hair gradually without using traditional dye.

This works slowly, it can take a week after using it for full darkening to happen, so do not overdo it. I find that once a week will take the edge off grey hair and leave it plausibly a bit darker, enough to stop people treating you like a white haired old fool without making it obvious you colour your hair ( although nothing wrong with men colouring their hair, women have been doing it for ever ). By the way, use gloves when applying it and keep an old towel for drying you hair after you used this product, as it will make dark patches on towels. Use gloves because this product attaches itself to keratin of your hair and your nails are also keratin, so you will end up with dark nails no matter how you scrub them afterwards. I am very wary of using any separate conditioner on my hair because I suspect that a coating of conditioner on your hair may well prevent this product from working.

Delivered on time . Arrived in good condition packaging wise. Has an ally foil seal over the nozzle under the cap. I think after opening to air it starts to degrade in performance bit by bit. The instructions say leave on for 2 mins or more to get results. I find it a nice combined conditioner and shampoo, but ive used cheaper alternatives for that job. It comes out of the tube almost golden. Rich and creamy. Feels nice rubbing into the hair and scalp. Ive left mine on my hair for ever 8 minutes....and my hair is still whiter than the driven snow! PS. dont forget your eyebrows. Personally...i cannot detect any colouring effect. What does happen though is that mixing it in the air with water causes the solution to go black. Both in the water , in your hands, on your sink and bathroom tiles and especially on an towels or hand clothes you may have nearby. A good rinse dyes the sink water black..the sink walls black, the tiles and mortar are affected by any splashes. And my orange facetowel is now a camouflage dappled finish. Any darkening of the hair seems totally accidental.

I was very sceptical, but was pleasantly surprised. It not a miracle work and it's not going to get rid of all your grey hair, but it covered 90% of my grey hair and my hair looked younger as it were, eg a lot less gey but whilst still looking natural. I highly recommend it.

I got this as up until recently I quite liked having 'salt and pepper' colour hair. But now as I get even older I find when I am only video calls my hair looks grey to the point if being white. I almost look at the screen in a conference call and think 'who is the old guy over there on the screen' and then realise it's me. This is odd stuff it comes out of the tube a honey cream colour and I keep it on for only a minute before washing off. I have had no issues with staining hands and I only used it 2 times a week so far. The odd thing is that once I dropped just a spot of it into a fabric surface which was itself a similar honey creamy colour. I immediately rinsed the area with warm water to get off the JFM cream. All seemed ok but later after maybe 10 or 15 minutes I noted that the dot where the cream landed was just a shade darker kind of grey black itself. I guess this is how this works but I dont know how it goes from honey colour to a grey black. Anyway I have been using for a week or 2 now and think it has maybe made a very slight change in colour. I will check out when I am next on a video call and see if I no longer look like I should have retired already.
