The product works great (3days) the water catch tray is always filled after each use don’t know if it’s common or my machine is leaking. The coffee is weaker than I’d like but tastes good. And definitely not hot enough. Easy to use the set up was goofy. But I figured it out.

Worth the cost and effort of learning how to use.

I was really excited about the machine but it gave me an error “Insert ground drawer” which from other reviews seems to be due to a defect in the pins that hold the switch inside. I returned. I might reorder it again but not very comfortable after seeing this defect on first day.

It has now been 3 months (last update was 2 months) and still no replacement. This first machine was dead on arrival and never worked. I had to send back to Saeco/Philips and wait 4 weeks for another one. They sent that one and the ground coffee mechanism did not work so I had to send that one back. It has been 3 months and I still don’t have a coffee machine that works. I am waiting on the third machine to be sent by Saeco/Phillips and just checked in with them today since I sent and they received the 2nd broken one in Mid June. They are telling me “they don’t know when it will ship and to call back next week to see if there is an update.”

Have had this unit for 3 years, it's made 3+ lattes each day on average. Perfect every time. Its modular design makes it easy to clean and take care. Parts are readily available.

Initially confusing as far as the setup but the more you read the instructions the better understanding on how the machine operates. It took a few tries to operate properly. Instruction manual is not easy to read. So far, blending power works beautifully, easy to clean the tubing for the steamer and removal of the pucks. Working on programming for individual settings…

I was so excited to receive my new Saeco Xelsis espresso machine and so disappointed that it was dead on arrival. I could not get it to work at all. I kept getting error code 5. I called customer service. They tried to help walk me through it. But the error code persisted. I returned the machine. I ordered a new Xelsis from Sur La Table (in case Amazon is selling refurbished machines) and I am hopeful that this time it will work. I will update my review once I receive my new coffee maker.

1 year in and still perfect. Very little maintenance! Great buy

Un judicieux choix personnel. Tres facile a utiliser, intuitif, les boissons sont delicieuses. plus de file d'attente dans la voiture pour un cafe le matin,elle se paye en 2 ans environ, en plus j'ai toujours acces a un cafe de beaucoup superieur,15 boissons ( café) differante. A MOI de MOI , parce que je le merite.

bought this machine and overall it has worked okay, however there is a disconnect with the cord....It seems to go in and out of power. not happy with this situation at all. there seems to be. a leak somewhere as well. the counter under and around the machine is always stained with coffee. This thing is a lemon to say the least.

Pratique et facile, le fait qu’il y a un mousseux est super bien et qu’en plus la machine nettoie le tube du mousseur à chaque utilisation et nettoie les jets avant de commencer et après la pause qu’on a intégré dans nos favories. Super achat !

Juste dommage de ne pas pouvoir choisir la température du lait chaud ni de l’eau chaude
