ProRituals Hair Wax, 2 ounce

I had never used wax before, so after reading about it I was skeptical. Something I learned quickly - my hair needs to be almost dry before applying, but not totally dry. Too wet, it won't apply consistently throughout. Too dry, it applies in clumps. This has nothing to do with the product and has more to do with wax versus other products like gels. This is great because it stays in my hair all day and regardless of weather, I can remold my hair midday which is awesome. In fact, my hair looks best at the end of the day once I have really gotten it all throughout my hair over the course of the day. It also washes out relatively easily. Some basic shampoo is able to mostly remove it completely.

Best hair wax I've been able to find. Great hold, great smell, good for my hair and scalp. ProRituals should start a shaving line based on it.

This has been my main product for a few years now. Sorta found it randomly on Amazon and it has been an absolute gem. It lasts for a very long time. I can wear hats without having to worry about residue on the hats. Takes very little to control my hair. It's got a pleasing aroma! (Even if you are a dapper Dan man)

This hair wax works well but it is VERY thick. Sometimes if your hair is a little wet or you have moisture on your hand and then apply the wax, it will mess up your hair and be nearly impossible to style.

This hair wax is a great product that has a firm hold but is lightweight and has a fresh, clean scent. The wax is a clear/white color, which helps the product not show up in your hair. (Some colored products may show up in your hair if not completely rubbed in). Overall, a great product to style your hair!

I've found this wax to be way too stiff and hard, even on my thick, coarse salt-and-pepper short hair. No matter how much I rub a dollop between my palms, I can't get the product to liquify properly. I'm no stranger to heavy-duty hair wax (like Control Maniac), but this stuff carries the concept a bit too far for me.

This wax is fantastic! It is tough to wash out but it's wax so to be expected as far as I'm concerned. I only have to use a little bit and my hair stays put all day. It doesn't give the shiny, wet look that I wanted to avoid. I will purchase again.

Works well. It is getting hard to find good hair wax. It is hard to wash out because it is proper wax.
