I’ve had the Apple AirPods for about two years and was having problems. The right ear bud has low volume and I get less than an hour on a charge now.So, I was looking for replacements and chose to try these. The thought of shelling out over $200 for a new pair from Apple...Once I received them I was anxious to connect them to my phone, but the instructions call for a full charge first. I’m impatient waiting like that but they charged from zero very quickly.Fitting them next, I tried using a couple of the ear canal adaptors until I found one that was comfortable, which was easy to do. They are nice and fit well in my ears, I felt comfortable that they will stay in even while exercising.Connecting them to my phone was completely uneventful, as you’d hope it would be. Typical Bluetooth connection we are all comfortable with now.Of course the sound quality is probably the most important attribute and these really perform. Since they fit better in my ear, there is good isolation from what’s happening around the house. Good loudness and it seems to me that the bass is fuller than my AirPods, but mine are in a diminished state so that’s not a fair comparison.I think the microphones are equally important and those folks that I’ve called considered the quality on their end as very good.My only feedback to Sharper Image is that the case should have a more rounded design. I’m always in the go with ear buds in pocket. The case is a bit ‘chunkier’ than I’d prefer.All-in-all, and especially considering the nice price, a terrific buy.

These work great and are comfortable to wear in bed. I purchased my first pair at a discount store for $12 same brand and model, but these are still good value. I don't recommend putting them through the wash or running over one ear bud with your mini van. (I did) Lol.

The earphones have good quality sound and they fit nicely in my ear. I also like the standing case. But after having them for almost twonths, one earphone is not charging. How can I fix this as I do like the earphones. Also, when I get a call, sometimes the person cannot hear me even though the earphone is connected to my Bluetooth. I usually have to disconnect and reconnect for the person to hear me.

Great value and longevity. I accidentally left them in my pocket and they went thru the laundry, and they still work! They’re my second pair after I wore the others out with frequent use. Very comfortable and good sound quality, great for daily use and they stay put when running/exercising. I do wish they were a little easier to get out of the charging case.

Purchased product about six months ago and had an issue with the charge. The company sent me a brand-new pair and they are working perfectly. Love the product and would definitely buy from this company again!

Doesn't fully charge, one of the earbuds goes out almost immediately. Good sound but I don't do anything with just one earbud functioning.

The best earbuds l found anywhere. They fit perfectly without hurting my ears. Good sounds and holds a good charge for days. I would recommend these to anyone who wants comfortable fitting buds. This was the top of the chart for my decision. You shouldn’t be sorry with this selection.

Unfortunately, I had the experience of returning this item twice. I had the set replaced originally, and then I experienced the same issue in the new pair of earbuds that I received. The right earbud stopped charging altogether, even when the charging case was fully charged. Because the earbud won't charge, I was not able to connect to any device. This same issue happened on both sets that were sent to me. I decided to pay a restocking fee so I could get some money back... but I don't recommend this product knowing there most likely are better and higher quality options out there for a similar price point. Hopefully this helps anyone trying to make up their mind.
