This was everything i wanted and needed!! The bowl itself is a lot sturdier than I had anticipated it being which was a pleasant surprise!! The fabric on the inside is very nice and feels good quality. It is super easy to use and doesn’t leave any texture on the bread! This bowl has definitely taken my sourdough from one level to the next!! Definitely worth the value of the money!!

The banneton looks well made. Worked well for my first use. I floured the banneton and placed the bread in directly without the covering. The bread popped out well and baked beautiful circles into the loaf.

It's nice and lightweight. There is a seam in the material used to create the spiral banneton that could be bothersome but it works fine. No splinters as of yet.

This is a very good quality banneton. I wish I would've seen/bought this before my other ones. I have 3 bannetones and I use it on a weekly basis. I like this one the best. While the banneton size and quality is comparable with the other 2 I have, the liner on this one is the best. The quality of the fabric, the way it is cut and how it fits desserves 6 stars. I keep the bannetons away from moisture, I just clean it with a dry brush. The liner is washable, machine in cold water or handwash. I lay it out to dry. It fits a regular size round loaf.

This is a handy size for proving small loaves. An 8 inch/20cm loaf is ideal for a small household. Most proving baskets are much bigger than this. It seems to prevent the dough getting too wet which was a problem I had with my loaves. The bread keeps its shape better and bakes into a nicely domed loaf with faint ribbing. I dusted the liner with rice flour which I knocked out afterwards. The dough doesn't stick and there's no sign of damp or mould which I've had with other baskets.
