Alice in Chains - Greatest Hits

Excellent CD for those like myself that just wanted their biggest hits. I do wish that it had a few more songs on it though.

the sound quality is not horrible! its sounds great to me. as was said before the mixes are different. thats good though because its a new way of hearing the songs. if you want the original get the cds. this is a best of and should have been longer. 10 tracks is not enough. the bass is slightly lacking but is fine. use of the rear channels is ok. not much you can do with grunge. recommened to people with good sacd systems.

This album has many great songs with very good vocals and spirited harmony's along with driving instrumentals. Definitely not the one or two good song albums many groups put out. There is actually only 3 songs I find less than perfect but I will not name them so you can choose your own favorites! Best is being able to hear some of each song on amazon so you know the songs you want most are on the album. Sadly many albums do not have that feature. Not really a quiet evening album but great to get you moving!

wow!!....I've heard of Alice In Chains but not really bothered to listen to their music....once again,due to listening to Planet Rock radio ( internet, DAB or app only ) another fantastic band adds to my music collection. I ordered the CD yesterday , which is yet to arrive , of course didn't have to wait as you get the mp3 autorip as well, can't stop listening to this, love it love it love it !!!
