Continually punching up with movement
Bought it to play golf in. To me, doesn't have much support to it and it constantly bunches up and I was continously straightening it back out. May have been better than having nothing on, but not sure it was worth the hassle.

Comfortable and supportive.
Nice to have the secondary adjustment. Sizing guide seems accurate. Just be sure to measure where you will be wearing it (at waist vs lower back). Wide enough to give good support, but not too wide.
