Great for jewelry soldering
Great torch. I'm using it for jewelry soldering and works fantastic! The build seems solid, I hope this will last for many years in my workshop. I'll update this review in some months to track process.

Handy hot little torch.
I like this little torch. Use it for soldering mainly. Very controllable and extremely hot flame. Larger torches are just a safety hazard. This one gives you precise control exactly where you need it.

Disappointing
I used this with propane, I don't even want to see if MAP makes a difference. It is near impossible to light, the pezoignitor it comes with is complete junk. Once you get the flame going, any breeze from a sneeze to moving your hand will extinguish it. When it was lit, it did in fact burn hot.

Great flame control - needs external igniter
Great product. Excellent control over the flame and love the fact that the torch is on the end of a hose rather than connected directly to the tank which means you can concentrate on what you are heating and not have to worry about holding an awkward gas tank. I would recommend that build some kind of lighter into the unit. As it is, you have to have an external lighter to ignite it. I found that the spark tool they include is useless. If they had that, it would definitely be five stars!

Just what I needed.

Weak flame
It hardly makes a flame and the flame it does make is inconsistent. I even tried 2 different tanks of propane with it and had the same results .Update the seller has reached out and resolved my issue so great customer service!

Didn't know you needed until now
Very cool kit, I need a torch for tight areas and this fits the bill for sure. I have used it on different sizes of copper pipe and works without fault. Super easy setup and has 2 different adjusters for the flame. Works great

I paid for full kit but I received only toarch

Tested with propane. Takes a time to control from valve, as pressure in hose takes time to drop through torch tip. Works fine. Don't forget to turn on at handle as well as valve.
