A good chance to sample the flavors. Not a good dollar value unless you count what a mistake one of the flavors would have been had you just purchased it. Rating the flavors from good to bad; Kreme, orange, fruit punch and last but the worst would be the chocolate. Not enough to tell if it works for the diet.

Did not like the taste at all.

I liked being able to try these products, and they all taste very good.

Didn't taste as good as I hoped, the orange was terrible. After doing some research, I don't believe these type of products are necessary nor do they actually work (in my humble opinion, of course). Too expensive - don't waste your money, stick to LCHF woe.
