This bottle of MiraLAX is massive! A pediatric gastroenterologist suggested a daily dose of this for my son’s bowel issues and we were running out of the standard size bottles in no time. Reliable product if taken regularly based on what works. Best if you don’t wait until constipation. Good diet, good water intake, and exercise helps. I typically mix with water or juice and the taste is not bad.

I’m 42 now, I have had quite a few stomach issues after my radical hysterectomy and oophorectomy at 27 years old. Instantly put me into surgical menopause and the mountain of other complications from that I have the rest of my life and I was at the point to where I was not using the bathroom regularly because of different medication’s I was on and adding this to my daily regimen has helped immensely. Normally, I’ll drink one bottle with one cup (the miralax lid) of miralax every 24 hours. But stay close to a bathroom because you don’t know how soon or how long it will be till your first movement. If you need a little extra, get the fleet brand saline enemas, and Dulcolax suppositories. Drink plenty of water because your stomach will hurt really bad if you don’t have enough water.
