Will this work with ropiee?

Can I install a slim 30mm fan on the P165 heatsink to assist in cooling?

Hi dear friend, 1. It is not recommend to use cooling fan with the DAC product, it may generate the noise which affect the sound qulity. 2. There is no place to plug in the cooling fan. How do you use the cooling fan? 3. The DACPi case is a ultra-thin case, and the P165-b heatsink is enough for the heat dissipation. Hope to get your understanding. best regards, Geekworm Team

Tips to get working w/ piCorePlayer 8.2.0 64-bit? I found a tip to pick "RPi DAC (last choice)" for 8.1.0, but still no audio on 8.2.0.

My Pi 4 is set to use the IQaudIODAC driver, and it works fine with this soundcard.

Someone with fine listening skills (like a sound engineer) who has compared the sound reproduction of this device with an iPod Classic 7th Gen?
