Here's the thing
I'm just going to review these from Italian to English and visa versa. If any Italian speakers were speaking with dialect then obviously the earphones would not pick up the words accurately. However, it was mildly accurate when I was using it to translate to English to me over the dinner table with a large group of Italian speakers. One-on-one they were flawless. I managed to have an entire conversation with several Italians that spoke not one word of English, and we could understand each other very clearly. They are a bit clunky and the software isn't wonderful, they can easily become disconnected, but for what I needed them for they were great. And if you plan to have a one on one conversation, so long as you are speaking clearly and not too quickly, they really work so well.

Wase of money for what it is
They are really poor quality. You have to be in a completely quiet room for it to be able to register what you are saying, and mostly it will still register it wrong amd you have to talk loudly. The microphones on the earbuds are terrible. I used this for translation to for English to Turkish and English to Russian while travelling. Online translation works a little better than offline translation. Offline translation was complete waste of money. Not a single translation was correct. I end up using Microsoft and Google translate app instead. Googles offline translation works perfectly fine. Dont waste any money on these products

Great for one to one conversations
Works very well and made talking in depth to my partners Colombian parents possible using the two way translation feature (unique to this model). One downside is that once bought you can’t use the app’s AI translation features on their own using just the phone mic/speaker as would be better than google translate. Always need at least one earphone paired to run the software. Also for the money paid it would be great if you can practice speaking/listening (in my case Spanish), with a built in language tutorial of some sort to assist in language learning. Overall though impressive when using the two way simultaneous talk mode especially.

Really good for in person conversations
After a lot of research a friend recommended the Timekettle WT2 edge to me and I have not regretted the purchase. I am using it to translate mainly Turkish to English and vice versa so that I can understand and engage with my girlfriend and her family. In a one on one conversation (Simul and Touch mode) it is great providing you talk clearly and do not overtalk the other person. I have only used Speaker mode so far over video calls by using two mobile phones (one for the video call and one to speak my translated Turkish). It is not really supposed to be used for this but works ok if you can accept the cumbersome changing of modes to allow for both listening and speaking. The ear buds are not the most comfortable in the world but they stay in place well. Battery life is good. The app is really easy to use.

Still needs a lot of work
For the cost its currently not worth it. Still needs a lot of work with translations. The company said that there 95% accuracy only apples to English to Chinese. I have been using the offline online Spanish and online Polish. Both mix up words and change the meaning of the sentence. The company need to invest more time in making all languages accurate and also get more languages as offline not just 5. I sent these back in the end as I could not justify the cost when other apps do the same for free.

Amazing!
These earbuds are incredible, between the software on my iPhone and the WT2 Translator earbuds I’ve experienced conversations for the first time with my extended Polish family, and amazed my Egyptian Arabic speaking colleague. The delay when doing a simultaneous translation is unnoticed and the iPhone speaker in listen mode does a good job in group chat. I’ve never had to use it offline and for Polish I know I need to be connected online. So when a Polish offline version is available I will be even more happy than I am now. Customer service via the app was quick and very helpful. This has really made fishing trips with my son in law an absolute joy now we can talk.

Wasted money
I can only comment on use for English/Turkish. These have a long way to go before they are worth the money. Pretty useless actually. Better to use mobile app and Bluetooth hearing aid. If I had been able to try them in realtime before leaving for Turkey they would have been returned. They record and translate total nonsense.I can't think of a positive.

Poor
Very hit and miss sometimes translated nothing close to conversation, couldn’t be relied on. Very expensive really want money back. Phone does most of the work! Does not do as advertised!

Lo he utilizado siempre "on line" y con buena cobertura.
