50ft Quad Shield Solid Copper 3GHZ RG-6 Coaxial Cable 75 Ohm (DIRECTV Satellite TV or Broadband Internet) Anti Corrosion Brass Connector RG6 Fittings Assembled in USA by PHAT SATELLITE INTL

This is really a great cable to run for streaming ..

As others have mentioned, it's spooled really tight and takes a bit of work to straighten - I didn't need it perfectly straight so this wasn't as big an issue. With that said, this "solid copper" variant has a solid full-copper core which is harder to find these days (their offerings that don't say "solid copper" are the cheaper copper clad steel). I checked with an ohm meter to make sure the DC resistance was within expectation for copper. When I cut this cable into different lengths and spliced on new compression fittings I noticed the quality and coverage of this quad shield was better than my older quad shield cable. Biggest downside is the high price of pure/solid copper.

The PHAT SATELLITE 50ft Quad Shield Solid Copper 3GHZ RG-6 Coaxial Cable is a high quality RG6 Quad shielded cable with a solid copper core! As another reviewer commented, I pulled on each of the connectors and the one connector pulled right off. The other connector was tight and didn't budge. Since I already had IDEAL brand RG6 Quad connectors (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0052EARNO/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) on hand and the tools to install the connectors, I didn't deduct any stars for the connector that wasn't attached properly. However, if you don't have connectors and connector install tools on hand, you may want to consider this fact before purchasing this PHAT SATELLITE cable.

High quality solid copper core cable, a must for longer runs to outdoor antennas

Excellent cable??? Four stars for poor description and no response from manufacturer when asked if this cable is CL2 or in the wall rated. Homeowners need to know if this coax is rated safely to use inside walls without presenting a fire hazard. As my pictures show, this cable came with CM printed on it. here is what I found in my research: CM, CMG, CL2 : In-wall rated; permitted in 1-2 family residential riser applications, or in riser with raceway/fireproof shaft; not permitted in plenums. If anyone finds out differently, please note in your review. From what I can tell, this expensive cable is ok to use inside walls? Here's to hoping the manufacturer will respond.

Quality cable. Restored my over the air reception.

The only reason I bought this expensive quad shield 50-foot roll of cable by Phat Satellite is that Antenna Man recommended it, but It is a high-quality cable with a solid copper wire core. The only con I have with it is that it comes coiled up in approximately a 5-inch coil. I'm setting mine in the sun to try and straighten it out to do a 50-foot attic run.

This cable did just what I hoped it would do and thats give me a strong signal.Internet quality starts at the place outside where you isp provider supplies you and if you have weathered old cable part of your signal could be lost..I removed all the splitters in the outside box and ran this straight to my modem and router and havent had any dropped internet problems since..This is high quality stuff here and I couldnt find it in Canada, but glad I found it
