Excellent Relief and Very Comfortable
This shoulder ice pack wrap exceeded my expectations. The gel pack stays cold for a long time, provides excellent coverage around the shoulder, and the wrap keeps everything securely in place without constantly needing to readjust it. The fit is comfortable, the straps are easy to adjust, and it's much more convenient than trying to balance a regular ice pack on your shoulder. It helped reduce soreness and made recovery after workouts and everyday strain much more comfortable. The materials feel durable, the gel pack is flexible even when frozen, and the option to use it for both hot and cold therapy is a great bonus. If you're dealing with shoulder pain, a rotator cuff injury, or just need reliable cold therapy, I highly recommend this wrap. It's well made, easy to use, and has become an essential part of my recovery routine. Five stars!

Worth it! Fits comfortably. It stays in place too!! Stays cold for at least 45 minutes to an hour!!

Settling cold issues
The "Liquid" in the shoulder pack tends to settle. This puts the cold in the arm more than the shoulder. It was not easy to re settle the cold portion.

Best surgery purchase - lifesaver
Loveee saved me during shoulder surgery recovery. A bit big for me but I just wrapped the strap around my bicep twice. Must buy if ever in a sling and need ice, it’s so incredibly convenient and hands free

Perfect fit
Where has this been all my life! So tired of having so many ice packs that don’t quite hug the right spots and this is so comfortable and fit perfectly. I wear it while relaxing and preventative sometimes I will put it on before lifting heavy things and it stays in place

The wrap covers the arm nicely. A bit difficult to wrap when frozen but relaxes eventually. Stays in place.
