Great value for the quality, I use it to power outdoor speakers. Sometimes it’s left powered on outside in the elements for weeks at a time and still works great. Installing and connecting wires is very straight forward. Noise level isn’t bad but not nightclub loud, Bluetooth range is about 30-40 feet

Update: Arrarown took care of the missing remote, good customer service. the S-299 Bluetooth 5.0 Power Amplifier and was excited to get it set up with my home speaker system. Installation was straightforward, and the sound quality so far has been solid for the price—clear output, good Bluetooth range, and it powers my speakers well. However, I was disappointed to find that the remote control was missing from the box. It’s a small thing, but it makes a big difference in daily use, especially since the unit is now installed and not easily accessible. I’m hoping the seller can send a replacement remote so I don’t have to go through the hassle of uninstalling and returning the entire unit. Otherwise, it's a good product and does what it promises. Will update my review if the remote situation is resolved.

Bluetooth and AUX modes work fine. The fm tuner i have yet to figure out. You can hit scan but whenever you try to stop the scan on a station it just goes back to the first preset. The remote does not even seem to match this unit and some buttons either do nothing or dont do what youd expect. The sound quality is okay, cant expect too much for the price. It always produces a soft hissing sound regardless of your media input but if your source volume is high enough its not too noticeable. As a cheap bluetooth amp or for aux input its fine given the price. Mainly taking a star off due to the poor FM functionality.

I was pleasantly 😮 Surprised at How Functional this Amp is as well as the Power. Love the Features (super compact size, FM/AM Radio Tuner, slim Remote, Bluetooth connectivity <to my Cellphone>, Digital display, crisp Sound Quality, and RCA Cable output) plus the Power it delivers to my POLK Patio Speakers.

Needed something small that could drive my speakers at my office so I gave this system a shot as it was so inexpensive. Got it in, unboxed it, plugged it in, and hooked up my Micca Bookshelf Speakers. I was floored at the power of this little amp, the clean sound (no hums or ground loops), and the ease of use. It’s quite impressive. With the capability of screwing this in under my desk and running cables over the back, it keeps my desk clean and gives me solid sound. The functionality of the Line In is clear, the Bluetooth is easy to access and pair, and the radio has a decent pickup capability when the included antenna is plugged in. It’s a really great system for the price and the size is absolutely perfect!!! Can’t wait to try it with a couple of deep full range speakers later this week!!

Had some connectivity issues when installed but they worked themselves out on their own and works great now.

My requirements: Small, Light weight, sounds decent, cheap. Be prepared with a powerful magnifying glass if you want to read the manual, which is written in transliterated Chinese. Power cord is 3' long. There's no cord supplied for the 12V power input, so this was not tested. Knobs are black with a black notch to indicate the position - very difficult to read. The unit forgets the FM station when turned off. The unit shipped with the volume knob turned to max. Be careful with that initial test!!! Line input is RCA, and outputs are the old wire clamp method. Remote control uses a 3V CR-2025 watch battery (supplied). The volume buttons on the remote were confusing - they allow you to change the volume up or down UP TO THE SETTING OF THE VOLUME KNOB on the device. Bluetooth worked, but seemed to require a higher volume setting than radio or AUX input. The manual is silent on what type of microphone can be connected. I used an ancient Realistic Highball-7 (impedance 600 ohm) mic that was at the bottom of a box of unused gear. It worked OK. Couldn't get music to play from a USB memory stick at all. It just didn't recognize it. Using an old SD card did work. Is it possible that the player doesn't recognize newer types of USB sticks? USB sticks are typically compatible with older devices that try to read them. Luckily, playing from USB sticks was not something I need to do with this device.

I liked it, it's small, simple, and easy to connect. Fair and good quality sound. Easy to manage, and it's not heavy. High and long signal strength. You can play it for hours.

Works well with my old Sony HIFI speakers.

1st day review: Light weight, no heating issues even after 1 hr of usage, looks professional, nice decent blue light around the volume, definitely value for money, ease of use, decent sound, bluetooth connectivity so far is good, yet to explore more and the connectivity sound is something I liked alot unlike other amplifiers "bluetooth mode" or "paired", easy to carry due to its small size Thanks to the international reviews that helped me pick this amplifier for my old speakers and for me to get back to my childhood days of listening from the same speakers. Might come back again after few months of usage if any flaws which I'm hoping should not be there

Lo bueno: Estoy gratamente sorprendido de que algo de este precio me rinda de esta manera. Estamos de acuerdo que no vamos a esperar la calidad de un receiver de más de 10 mil pesos de alguna marca establecida, pero para su costo está más que ok. Tiene bastante potencia, el aparato en sí es pequeño y la conexión bluetooth es buena. En mi caso lo estoy usando para reemplazar un viejo receiver marca Pioneer de 1989 que empezó a distorsionar el sonido del lado izquierdo. Lo uso con unas bocinas sony que solían ser parte de un minicomponente de los años 90, que la verdad me ha salido buenísimas con casi 30 años de servicio ininterrumpido. Estos a su vez están conectados a mi pantalla que a su vez está conectado a una Mac Mini 2014 donde veo todo: YouTube, clarovideo, escucho música, etc. La calidad del audio con este setup es cumplidora , con gran potencia, y el hecho de modificar graves y agudos desde este amplificador está super. La conexión bluetooth hasta donde pude ver es rápida y estable desde una distancia corta. Tampoco nos vamos a ir a hasta la cocina. Lo malo: Probablemente, mucha gente no lo note; sin embargo, aunque la calidad del audio es buena, me parece que sí existe una ligera distorsión en la música en los agudos de manera constante, aunque casi imperceptible, y otro tanto en los bajos cuando le subes demasiado a una melodía con mucho punch o mucha compresión (por ejemplo algo de Bass House o un sabroso Death Metal), pero en mi caso pude ajustar y ecualizar desde la Mac Mini usando apps como Jriver Media Center o IINA. En películas y videos con diálogos no sentí ningún problema. Lo feo: El controlito es un buen detalle, pero el volumen desde el control es digital y se maneja independientemente de la perilla, y pues no lo veo útil para mí, ya que lo manejo desde la TV. De igual manera, la radio, la capacidad de escuchar música desde un sd o pendrive, son opciones que quizás a alguien se le haga interesante, pero de esto no puedo comentar porque no los uso, ni usaré para nada. Otro punto es que no entiendo la obsesión de los fabricantes con los leds azules ¿no podrían ser blancos? En resumen es un buen producto, ya veremos cuanto dura, y cada quien puede tener una experiencia distinta dependiendo el tipo de bocinas y las fuentes de sonido que utilicen. Para aquellos que no quieran gastar demasiado y tengan unas bocinas por ahí volando, es una gran opción.
