Is the "White" Color the glow in the dark option?

Yes, the White color is Glow-in-the-Dark.

How many are included

if it says 100 pcs, that is 100 darts. 200 pcs is 200 darts, and so on.

Will they work In a flywheel

Yes they will work in a flyweel and these darts in particular i would reccomend in a flywheel over a springer since the flywheel blasters dont shoot the darts with air because when put in a springer ive found that althought the accuracy range and durability of the foam and dart head are superior to any dart ive ever tested. The glue on these is terrible out of the box and when using a spring powered blaster the air shooting into the dart causes the head to detatch.

How do you "charge" the glow in the dark darts.

The best way is with the Nerf Firefly Tech Clip (It's green and has a battery pack on the side)That clip has a strip of UV lights inside that charge up the glow in the dark part of the darts.
