Love the lunchbox! Looks so slick and modern. Mine broke after 3 months but their customer service is the best! Helped me get a replacement and waiting for it to arrive now. Glad I chose this one!

Its not easy to wash. Only the food container can be washed using dish washer. The lunch box itself cannot washed in dishwashers. Poor design the hinge is very light. Mine broke in a few weeks. Once the hinge is broken the box is useless. This box looks very premium. Other than that its not worth the money. Trust me you will thank me later for warning you. Dont choose this box or similar style box.

I bought my first Bentgo lunch box and really liked the size and layout of the compartments. It feels solid. I wound up having an issue with the unit and Bentgo customer support replaced it almost immediately. After a few months, the plastic hinge nubs broke off. Once again, their customer support sent me a new one, this time an upgraded unit with metal hinges. Their products are great and their customer support is even better.

UPDATE: my kindergartener uses this almost every day and it broke after only four or five months, but they quickly replaced it within only a couple of days - so hopefully this one lasts longer! Only lasted approximately 4 1/2 months before the hinge broke.
