I purchased this to go in the basement when my wife and I work out. It stays in place and doesn't slide around when we want to do a HIIT or Plyo workout. We had the squares you could interlock to make a larger mat but they kept coming apart and would slide too much. The only downfall to this single large mat is the thickness. I wish it was a little thicker to provide more protection since it is placed directly on cement. Other than that, we're really happy with it overall. We can wipe up sweat easily and it should last us a long time.

This is the second mat that I've bought. The first is still going strong after 3-4 years, usually used 3 times a week for stretching and kb. Just wanted more space so bought another.

If you don't want to splash out for those rubberized interlocking tiles for your home work-out room/area, this is a great alternative. It's basically a giant-sized yoga mat. Possibly a little bit heavier weight. It's thick, sturdy, easy to clean and can be stored when not in use. Unfortunately, if you plan on keeping it rolled up part of the time, the corners will never settle down completely. Since I intend to leave mine in place, I just hit it with a blow dryer on high heat and then placed some dumb bells on each corner until the thing flattened out for the most part. But it's still a work process.

Large mat, has a good "spring" to it, which is nice when switching exercises on your knees. Easy to clean closed cell mat. Does show shoe scuffs and thanks to an accidental turn on of a vacuum, it got easily damaged. For workouts it seems reliable and tough enough for what most people do at home.

Bought this for my workout room and I’m extremely pleased! It’s large and gives some cushion to my workouts. Very easy to keep clean and very non-slip while doing my hiit/plyo workouts. It took me weighting the ends down a couple days for it to lay flat but eventually it did! Def a good purchase and I’m happy with the addition to my lil gym.

Durable and cushioned enough even for a yoga session. Does not move. Easy to clean. Great buy!!
