Nordic Ware High-Sided Naturals Aluminum, 1 Pack

Needed a large pan for “sheet pan dinners” and this one fit the bill. No complaints at all. Cleans easily, doesn’t look all nasty after cooking in it. Lightweight, but not flimsy. Perfect for what I needed.

I wanted to wait a little while before posting a review for this, just to see if it would rust or if my food would stick to it, so here is my review. After months of use, this has worked perfectly fine, no rust, no food getting stick. I usually filled it with water after each use and when I am going to wash it, it comes right off, I dont need to scrape hard or anything. I love this pan, so I am giving it a 20 out of 10!

Made professional looking double layer birthday cake for a party. I did line the bottom with parchment paper which made removal very easy. One pan is one whole cake about 1.5" thick. SO I made a double batch for 2 pans I also used double the frosting. Ordered cardboard to place the cake on and cake box to transport from Walmart. The pans are heavy, not flimsy.

I decided it was time to get better quality cookware. I love the color of the raw aluminum and it helps me keep track of how clean the pans are. Having a uniform and clean surface is important for consistency in the finished cook. The aluminum is very sturdy and works extremely well. The aluminum is perfect for my cooking style which allows for a little longer cook time at a lower, consistent heat. The only thing to be aware and cautious of is how easy they can scratch each other if slid into a stack. I just gently stack them rather than forcing metal to slide on metal. I find that the aluminum does an excellent job to create an easy surface to remove food from. The pans are thick enough to hold a consistent heat, which is extremely high quality for the money.

Love it!!!I think this is the third one of these. I’ve purchased over the years. They were great for baking, starting plants, and anything else you can think of down to working with automotive products. They’re beautifully shiny when new and look pretty decent after 643 runs in the dishwasher if you’re not using dishwashing detergent that contains phosphates. As most dish dishwashing detergent don’t contain phosphates anymore. It’s not a big deal. Cleans up very well with barkeepers’s friend. Nice heavy weight sheet pan. No sharp edges. Made in the US good thick material. Really easy to use and store. Perfect size.

I didn’t know I needed this pan. Actually a friend brought over some homemade rolls on a big pan like this and we used it to cook with. I was convinced that we caused it to pit. So I bought the exact same pan as a replacement to get back to my friend. Anyhow, I’m using hers with the pits and I still love it.

Amazing baking pan

I bought this pan to roast coffee beans in. My beans are now roasting consistently compared to the old steel pan I was using. Also, my roasting time has decreased from 12 minutes to 8 minutes with more uniformity between beans. The uniformity is what I was trying solve and this pan did the trick. I was a little concerned that the pan wouldn't hold up to the temperatures needed for roasting coffee (460 degrees) but that hasn't been a problem. No warping of the pan whatsoever. I'm very happy with this pan even though I thought the price was a little steep.

This pan is so useful for a large family, so glad I purchased it.

Great for roasting vegetables, and easier to clean than a Teflon-type finish which can come off if scrubbed. You can use any implement on this without worrying about the finish. My second Nordic Ware pan and love it.
