Dead battery right out of the packaging
First battery out of the packaging was dead and measured only 10.48 volts - picture in review. They were opened the first day they were received. No date code on either the batteries or the packaging, so no idea how old these are. Note - review is on the 27A 12V Loopacell; no experience with other battery models from this manufacturer, but won't be buying this brand again.

On one of the 5 batteries received, one of the poles is missing otherwise, works great
On one of the 5 batteries received, one of the poles is missing (we can see directly the inside of the battery), which makes it unusable, Impossible to contact amazon to get a partial refund or just a new battery. But since I already put the batteries in 2 remote control (with small screws not easy to remove/replace) I don't want to dismantle everything again to send it back.The 2 I put in the remotes work great!If I hadn't had this quality problem, I would have given it 5 stars
