Reliable, durable, and great support for maple sap concentration
I use the Membrane Solutions 400 GPD RO membrane for concentrating maple sap, and it’s been a strong performer. It consistently boosts sugar concentration, cutting boil time and fuel use. Even when pushed toward its upper performance limits, it continues to run reliably without major drop-off when the system is set up properly. The membrane cleans up very well and has held performance over multiple seasons with proper flushing and storage—definitely adds to its value. Customer service is also excellent. They were responsive and helpful with setup questions, which is a big plus when adapting this for sap instead of standard water use. Bottom line: Great performance, easy to maintain, long-lasting, and well-supported. I’d buy it again.
