Review: What a great find. - Replaced my old original lights with these LEDs... looks great, really makes the boat look newer than it is. They work great at night, lights up my entire dock. Review: Great Value - I have bought these before. About 30 companies make these exact lights, and they are all practically the same. For marine or wet environment, you will have to seal the hole where the cable enters the casing. Use 4200 or 5200 for this. Otherwise, moisture will get in. You can also apply a light beading around the lens for extra protection. Do not expect these to be waterproof out the box. The hardware is not quite SS, if at all. For marine use, you will need different hardware. Know this going in, and you will be happy with the product. Power wise, they use about 1.25 amps. There are other lamps that give the same or more light for less power, so keep that in mind if you have a tight power budget. You can expect two good years out of these with modest use. You may lose an LED or two, and the lens will yellow over time. Keep in mind that you paid very little for these. The ones that cost 10 times as much also suffer the same fate in the same amount of time. I have bought them again, and will in the future. These are a great value.

good light for the money
I use this to light up my boat as a tee top mounted light front and back. I bought a boat and the owner had just installed them. I did get a a bad unit and had to replace one super quick...only lasted a few weeks, but the 2nd one was fine. The one that went bad had water in the housing after the first rain and I think it was just a defective unit. I ordered 2 more and replaced the bad unit and so far so good. The light is very bright and lights up the entire bow of my boat. One negative is the bracket. For a exterior mounted light it was already rusting completely through after 4 months. I would like an option for a stainless bracket even as an uncharge option. Otherwise its a great light and works great.

Decent flounder gigging lights...lol
I used these as underwater gigging lights, they work great, I will say that the first 2 I bought had moisture get in after a few trips, but like I said they are completely submerged for 8 hours at a time. The second set I bought are working flawless still to this day, I simply ran some silicone around all the seams, the lens and the cord. No moisture get in, every few trips I re-silicone

Humidity builds up inside the fixtures
Bought 2 sets of 2. The lights look good and at first work very well. But it didnโt take long and water droplets appeared on the inside, eventually causing the LEDs to fail. If the manufacturer sealed the fixture properly then this could have been a great product. But since they didnโt, itโs a waste of money. Do not recommend.

They are well worth the money.
I love the looks of these lights on my DRZ400. I wired them into my high beam switch. I already switch the light bulb in main head light with a premium LED bulb. These light bars are even brighter than my headlight. I just ordered another set for my boat's T top. They are well worth the money.

Overall I'm pleased with the intensity of light they produce
Bought these for a large offshore boat to replace the older halogen lights. These lights have a more blue-ish/white-ish hue to them than the halogens and I'd have to say they're about as bright. Overall I'm pleased with the intensity of light they produce, and I'm not going to complain too much because the price point is excellent (less than $20 for a pair). For reference, a big-box outdoors store that sells fishing/hunting/boating supplies has a LED light on their shelf that is sold under their own label but looks identical to these on Amazon. They sell a single light for about $50 (+/-) but has stainless hardware. The ones sold on Amazon indicate in the description that they have stainless hardware, but the bracket is painted steel. The screws/nuts that attach the bracket to the housing is almost impossible to install. I can't hardly imagine it being more difficult. Also, in reading other reviews, someone suggested putting some sealant around the wire entry port into the housing to keep water/moisture out. I did that, so hopefully that helps extend the life. One last thing...I needed 5 lights but they're sold in pairs. That ended up being good because one of the lights was damaged in the package. The LED component on the inside is not securely fastened and you can hear it moving around on the inside. You can see the LED's moving around in the lens. I've not tested the functionality of that light, but will probably just throw it in storage in case its ever needed. Not worth returning. PROS: Very bright light Decent Housing Low Price CONS: An absolute pain in the butt to install due to the way the bracket mounts Hardware was not stainless Wire entry into housing is not sealed

Good boat head lights
Bought these for my boat. Seem to work fine, plenty of light, low amp draw. I had to make the brackets because I needed them mounted higher off the deck a bit. I was pleasantly surprised that these are made out of metal.
