Are the heads in another box? My box only came with the screwdriver bottom. No heads.

They are in the handle. Unscrew the cap at the back of the screwdriver and the bits will be inside

What's the difference between the "precision" bits and the other shorter ¼ inch bits?

The precision ones are smaller, and can thus work with tiny screws.

Very good

Never used the ratchet function before: was cool but only useful once the screw was mostly in already since otherwise the screw still just spins back to the position it was in before due to lack of friction. Would recommend though having the different types of screwdriver inside it is very convenient.
