So today we had multiple storms rolling through my area and whenever that happens, sometimes I can be achy so I was starting to feel a little joint aches, and it was enough to bother me where I took two capsules as prescribed on the bottle and it did take away my pain so we’re having more storms and my pain is completely gone, so I’m happy I ordered this. I am 60 years old. I am not on any medication‘s but occasionally I will have joint aches, and I prefer to take this rather than other things that are offered.

I’ve been taking this for over a year and I don’t think you can quite tell how much it works until you get off of it I give it to my horse who has a pool dispensary ligament, which most of the time will keep them totally lame for about 6 to 8 months. This along with the microcurrent in seven hours, he was walking normal. He didn’t get x-rays. We know that he does have it and then my new assistant did not get the message of the supplement that needed to go on this horse and he was off of it for two weeks and we could not understand why in the world he was back being lame and then when I said to my assistant, I don’t understand he’s on White Willow. He’s on active flex 4000. He’s on o so Max. Nothing makes sense. She pulled up her notes and said you never told me to put them on white Willow only for another horse. Had them on white Willow again with the microcurrent and his back being his normal self again. Thing with animals is they don’t have placebo effects so if it works for an animal, it will work for you if it works for you it may not work for an animal, but that’s just my opinion. So I will always be a big believer in white willow as it doesn’t affect his liver like aspirin does And I take White Willow and even though it’s an ass from Bass, it does not cause your blood to flow. I still give blood every two months and my iron level and my flow level. Everything is perfect.

I have found that white willow bark has been helpful for pain relief in the past. I expected this product will be the same.

Willow bark is definitely not ibuprofen. With that said, I try to keep this in my system since I stay in the gym & I’m officially in the 50 and over club. Knowing Willow Bark does not act as fast as the chemicals, I’m using it regularly. The liquid form is not tasty so the pill form is my go to. I’m satisfied with this product and recommend it.

After using this over the past year I can say these are highly effective. I suffer from a lot of tension headaches due to my tmj and my trapezoids always being tight. As of right now I take these more on the regular and seem to have not been suffering any bad side effects. THAT being said: For me with low grade migraines I may have to take 6 at a time. If it’s a particularly bad migraine I may be taking 6 at a time on the hour 2-3x evaulatimgnhow it may decrease but not necessarily eliminate it until the 2nd or 3rd go around. Yeah it’s not as fast acting as advil. If you’re in particular pain just know sometimes it takes 60-90min (at least in my case) to detect the level of impact a handful of these might kick in Overall Very pleased, just realize it’s naturally so it’s more like a build up potency than immediate one

Has an odd scent to them. I guess that's normal. Idk. I wanted to try the main ingredient of Tylenol so maybe I wouldn't continue to harm my internal organs. These do work well for pain.
