Wow, like...Shamwow! Awesome quality, heavy (good), excellent keypad, easy instructions, and solid keys. I feel...safer (get it) now with my firearms in this. Priced perfectly.

I am very happy with my purchase. It is perfect for what I need. Easy to set up, nice and roomy inside. I was surprised how heavy the safe was. It fit in well in the room I put it in and looks modern. I feel like the overall quality is good.

Great safe, I have looked at many other safes and am glad I bought this one. Looks great bolted down in the bottom of my closet and is so very easy to set up and start using

I bought this safe for my home and can't be more than happy of what I got. This safe is really tough, sturdy, secure and well built. I have not have an issue with it at all and the concern that one person had about seeing the reset button that is true cause of the light inside it. I can say this you don't have to worry about someone using the reset button and resetting it I tried and it don't work without the keys and if for some freaky reason someone does they still need the keys to reset the code and open it so this isn't a real issue at all for me and if it bothers you disconnect the light so you or anyone else see's it at all. The other issue people complain about some of the material used isn't glued down. I believe this is intentional for some reason but even this isn't a good enough reason for me not to buy and put as a negative review is stupid and if it bothers you that much glue it down but still not an issue. Me personally I go with the security of the safe and this bad boy is no joke when it comes to security. I like the idea that you have to use a laser cut key and code to get in so if any tries to get in with just a code it will not open and if you forget your code or the batteries die on you before you replace them you got a second key that is the emergency key that allows you to open the safe with both keys which is a really big deal to me and my wife. Then it has really thick vertical and horizontal locking bars for extra security and sturdiness. last but least and in my opinion don't hesitate to buy this safe it's well worth it

I have owned the safe for about a week now, I am happy with my purchase so far but will update the review if any issues arise later on. Reading some of the negative reviews on here, I was worried but so far I am satisfied by the safe. The safe arrived in a sturdy box with foam cushioning protecting the front panel. The box had some holes in it, but the safe itself appears to be undamaged. My one big negative so far is the use of cheap plastic, especially on the silver trim of the shelves, which both came cracked (see picture). Fortunately, the trim pieces were easy to remove, and I feel the shelves looks better without them (see photo without the trim pieces) . I contacted Tigerking support and they were quick to offer me a partial refund due to the broken shelves. The other place where there is cheap plastic is on the round gold dial used to open the safe itself, I wish this part was made out of metal, as it would give it a much better feel when opening/closing the safe. Other than the cheap plastics, I love everything else about the safe. There is plenty of room inside, and there is even a false floor which can be lifted to show an additional hidden storage compartment. The shelves can be taken out if more room is needed. The safe also has mounting holes on the back for attaching it to the wall. As far as operating the safe, I found this super easy. The instructions are very clear on how to set up the codes and operate the safe. There are 2 key holes, the left one is for the regular key and the right is for the master key. The master key allows you to bypass having to use the keypad, it basically does what the keypad does. The main key (big silver and blue one) allows a secondary lock on the safe, this key must be unlocked before you can use the keypad or master key to open the safe. Thankfully, this key does not need to be inserted and can remain unlocked, so if you want to use just the keypad/master key to unlock, you have that option. There is also an alarm which goes off if 3 incorrect codes are entered (this is automatically enabled), or the safe is moved (this needs to be manually activated every time you lock the safe, but hitting the * button) Overall a very cool safe for the price.
