The plumping feeling isn't too intense but you can still feel it. There is no scent which is great to me. It's really comfortable to wear. I enjoy the plumping effect. I have very dry lips, so I always worry about that. This still felt moisturizing! My lips came out of wearing this in better shape than before I put it on which is such a relief! I really like it, will rebuy once I've finished it

Second time buying this product. I usually wake up with dry lips if I don't use some kind of lip mask. This one makes your lips so soft by the morning. It is a little sticky so if you don't sleep on your back, you might want to avoid, it will rub off everywhere. It comes with an applicator stick making application easy. It may slightly plump the lips, but I'd say when your lips look more hydrated, that's the plumping they're talking about - not like some largely noticeable difference.
