Impressively rub-resistant, and still comes off clean
I wasn't too sure what I was getting when I ordered these at someone else's recommendation, but I am SUPER glad I did. They write great (fine, smooth, and varies with pressure so it looks like normal dynamic handwriting), erase very cleanly, and somehow they DO NOT erase from light brushes like normal dry erase markers do.I've got some things written with these on some stickers on my laptop, and I can *grab my laptop on the writing, pick it up and carry it around, over a dozen times for over a week* and there's no visible wear at all on the writing. It looks exactly like when I first wrote it. And it still erases cleanly with the eraser, or with intentional rubbing with anything else.Wonderful. Not what you want in all cases - easy erasing is what I want in like 2/3rds of my dry-erase-marker use. But when you want something sturdier, this is far better than I thought was possible.

An answer to my hopes and dreams
I spent a lot of time reviewing options for my updated reusable notebook. These were touted all across the internet. They absolutely, 100% live up to the hype. Easy to use, dries SO quickly to avoid smearing and provides a true thin pen like feeling. Easy to erase with some water and the surface is like new. I will be using these for a very long time.

QUALITY. but very specific application
I use white board in my vehicle while at work to write info as it is dispatched. This may as well be a PEN. very fine tip. it writes very clean and dries fast. you MUST use eraser (dense fibrous cloth cap) to erase. It erases pretty well, but does leave some smudge if writing has been on board for more than one day. This is not a dry erase marker.

Best on the market!
I'm constantly white boarding, and more and more these days using whiteboards to take notes, be it on my desk with whiteboard contact film, whiteboard notebooks, etc.I've tried various whiteboard pens which are fine-tipped - Expo, other off brands, etc. - but the Staedtler Lumocolor are hands down the best.Yes, like all fine tip dry erase, they dry out very fast when not using them, but they come back to life faster than the Expo markers do. Additionally, I've found that the Expo markers tend to "flatten out" faster, causing for a thicker writing area after repeated use - thus becoming more of a "medium tip" than a "fine tip." The Staedtler Lumocolor pens don't do this.My only complaint is once they dry, THEY DRY! If I wait longer than an hour, I have to use dry erase cleaner to remove the marker from the whiteboard. However, this can be a good thing - no accidental erasing... So it could be considered both a pro and a con.

My favorite
I keep ordering these because they work well and last long.

Your only fine-tip option, but also great
I have a planner that is built for eraseable whiteboard pens. Most "fine-tip" whiteboard pens are actually the thickness of a regular Sharpie, which does not work for my planner. Some of the pieces are the width of a popsicle stick, so I need an actual fine tip. These are not only fine enough for my planner, but hold up well and are a smooth writer. If you have a small whiteboard, these are a must-buy.

Perfect for whiteboard notebooks
Got these for use in a whiteboard notebook and they work great! One caveat, be sure to use something dry to wipe them off, like the included eraser. If you use something slightly damp, like a finger, they tend to smudge and leave behind a residue.

Not great
Got these to go with a erase-able tablet. They write great but unless you are constantly writing you need to keep it capped or it dries out in minutes
