I am pleased with this fan, after one being too noisy with rattles and the other broke down after 3 years, we went with this one. East to use with different settings and a lit temp to see how cool it is.So far, GREAT! Got here feast in excellent shape! +++

Liked the remote control, optional airflow and the temperature controlledmon and off. Very quiet on low speed. Easy to handle and adjust to your window.

Lol this fan is chunky. I’ve been trying to find a window fan I used to have years ago that was much thinner. This fan is chunky and won’t fit in MY window and it keeps falling over when there’s a big gust of wind outside. However that’s prolly just because my windowsill is small so I can’t use the two fan holders thats included if you were to sit it on a table. When the weather is cool, this fan makes a room nice & cold. The first button just gives off heat/warm temperature. I usually just use the second and third option. It is rather loud or as expected a fan noise level would be. I feel like I have the tv volume higher when it’s on. I’m also hard of hearing so that too. Lol. Sometimes I’m not sure if it gives on a slight burning smell? I got it in the summer time so maybe it’s just bringing in smells from bbqs outside or fires??

This fan works well and the remote is an asset. The customer support is outstanding. My wife opened the box and couldn't find one of the support legs. (I think it was there, she just overlooked it.). The seller was contacted and immediately sent replacements. That's great customer service. I recommend this product and seller

Probably one of the better cheaper window fans you’ll find. The LED screen that tells you the inside temperature is really nice and it’s pretty quiet sound wise. Cools a room fast and the Exchange air feature is really nice as well for small rooms that get muggy.
