Gentle, soothing and effective
I get seasonal allergies resulting in inflammation of the sinuses causing constant throat clearing. I find that if I use this to flush my sinuses a couple times a day the problem is substantially improved. This rinse has a slight sweetness and seems more gentle than other ones I have used. I recommend it.

What is new for Neti Pot
Just as good as the saline solution. Works the same for me. I use a Neti Pot 2 or 3 times per week.
