Q: For my res does he have to stay out of water after i put his drops on?

I say yes. What ever is in the water is probably what irritated the turtles eyes. Clean the tank and let your turtle dry dock for a couple of hours. Follow the directions on the package.

Q: Will this help my bearded dragons eyes?

I don't know about bearded dragons. It really worked great on my 2 turtles. You might want to contact the Zoo Med and see what they recommend.

Q: Will this work for turtles and tortoise species?

Turtles for sure especially for their swollen & closed eyes disease. Not sure about tortoises.
