Portable and easy to keep organised
I got this for my dad and he loves it. He is able to take just the days he needs when traveling so that is a plus. It comes with number stickers to label with. The price is great as well.

AWESOME
This thing is awesome. Takes a little time to fill up, but once you do, you donโt have to worry about it for another month. I love it.

Convenient
This was perfect to put my motherโs medicines together for the month. Compact doesnโt take a lot of room.

Keep the original box for traveling!
I immediately arranged this in rainbow order, and it looks gorgeous sitting out to remind me when to dose. They come in an 8 x 4 array which gives you an extra day, but... Possible Cons: This array will confuse me even though there are stickers for dates, as I'm used to thinking like a calendar-- in 7-block chunks. I was, however, thinking of keeping the last row (which I assembled as the clear set in my rainbow setup) to be my extra days at the end of the week. CONS: Not at all airtight. I'll definitely need to keep this inside of a ziploc baggie, or keep the original box when traveling because the cute white container to hold all the pills won't travel well and they will fall out if bumped. (anyone have a cat?!!) PROS: easy to fill by removing the tops completely. No fumbling to get the pills in, then tripping up by a lid. Extra days if you just want to set your pills up every 4 weeks since the Gregorian calendar is so silly... Could be a great help in remembering the days if you get used to RED always being "Sunday," etc.

Just okay
I had to replace my last pill organizer because my cat decided to use it as a throw toy for the umpteenth time. Unfortunately, a couple of the days hit just right and broke. I chose this because it was the same style and cheaper. I should've spent the extra money. The quality of the individual pill boxes isn't very secure. I don't know how long it will last unde normal use. The individual days don't shut as securely as my last one and they fit too tightly in the base. In fact, I moved them to my last base. Finally, they labeled each piece with a.m. and p.m. Couldn't they label them with the days? Nope, they provided stickers to attach. Not sure how long they will stay attached. Too lazy to return it, but don't expect it to last years the way my last one did.

Completely useful. Love the individual containers
When my husband bought me this pill organizer, I wanted to tell him that I was able to manage just fine, but this has been lifechanging for me. I get my pills through Amazon Pharmacy, but I'm not in a good enough rotation yet for pill packs. So, I needed a way to organize the pills I take at night as opposed to those I take in the morning. Each of these spaces has a morning and evening component. I used the included number stickers to put on the dates. When I get a new bottle of pills, I sort them into the different openings. These are individual little plastic boxes. They come out. So when I leave to go out of town, I just take the corresponding dates with me. I can keep track on the go and not have to take every pill bottle I own. I know they are sorted appropriately and does not screw up system for taking my meds.

Good Iin drawer to look down on dates
I liked the following: it was cheaper than the other monthly pill organizer. Was looking at, it fits nicely in a drawer so I can look down on the dates, it is easy to open and fits the larger size pills, and it is a good value for the price. I disliked the following: I can't store it in my medicine cabinet that has a walk on it because I can't see the dates as easily as with the other pill organizer that is more expensive, I didn't like having to put the stickers on top of all the boxes, and I think it's harder to get the boxes in and out of the organizer. With all of that being said, I liked having the option of buying something cheaper as a backup because the more expensive one I use I have to use in a locked medicine cabinet because of trouble with my child getting into the medications. However, the same child has to take medications and the daily organizer for the month is easier to just give the day to the child. However, the day sometimes gets lost. I unfortunately had to buy this because my teen was going on a trip with a friend and I had to send the pills. I bought the pill organizer to help with the family they went with keep track of when meds were missed etc. However, one day did not come back. Last week my child was put on antibiotic and I was trying to carry it with me and that day also got lost. I was trying so hard to be careful not to let it leave the house but I unfortunately tried to hard to keep up with the antibiotic and lost track of another day. That's why I had to buy this backup pill organizer so I at least wouldn't lose track of the days of the month.
