Q: Are these adhesive? Are they very thick

They are not adhesive. The are good quality abdominal pads, equivalent of the Medline ABD pads which are lately so hard to find. As someone who does daily wound changes for the last seven years, I can tell you Mckessen products have been very good products. Much better than Caring.
