Zero quality check. Or fraud?
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I needed a low power 12-0-12 trafo quickly. This one was quick delivery and also cheap. Sadly I discovered WHY it was cheap. One side was open circuit. Broken wire. The other side gave 42volts peak-peak. Measured on my DSO. And 15v on my DMM. Other side was dead. So completely useless for my purposes. Even a VERY BASIC quality check would have found this flaw. So only thing it can mean is that they purposely sent a defective piece. Urge you to be careful with this seller !

The mains windingin two transformers were not functioning. transformer cannot be used. Bad quality control
