First of all, I love the color Rose Gold. I also love that the laptop is light weight. Microsoft 365 is included for one year. The laptop was purchased to be used at home. It was very easy to set up. I’m definitely not a computer geek—Far from it. Did I forget to mention that the price was nice?

Selon le technicien qui l'a configuré, cet ordinateur supporte à peine Windows 11, c'est en version Windows 10 qu'il est acceptable d'utiliser. Mais voila Windows 10 ne sera plus supporté après 2025.

When the laptop stopped booting, I contacted HP customer support and was told the one year warranty had expired, which was strange since I had only had it for a few months. After submitting my amazon receipt, my warranty was extended and I was instructed to mail the machine in for service. It turns out that the laptop had been modified to hold 32gb of RAM, which is double the capacity for the machine and therefore not eligible for warranty service. This is also why the warranty period had begun six months prior to me purchasing it. TLDR: This seller is a scam. They sell modified machines as 'new', and the modifications are actually incompatible with the hardware. Do not buy from them.
