Get the job done if what you need is a bunch of quickly hand-painted plastic babies
I used these for our "find the baby" game at a baby shower --- whoever collected the most over an evening won a prize. They were good enough for that --- small enough to hide, not too expensive. I could see them being used in a bag of goodies, at a gender reveal, or as part of an art installation. They're small...and fun.

Perfect for making cheer pins
Bought these to make cheer pins and they work perfect! Great size to glue onto clothespins. If you have a child in cheer that does “pinning” I would recommend these!

Tiny babies
Came exactly as expected. Tiny plastic babies, they were in little baggies of 10. I will say that I only had 99 though. One of the items didn't get it's baby decoration.

Perfect size, perfect amount
The perfect item to drive parents crazy when you visit for 2 weeks. At first, they think they're crazy. Then they're confused. Then it turns into a plastic bebe hunt! My nephews and I had a great time finding new hidign places for these treasures. Just wait until my mom tries to put on a pair of socks. Surprise!
