I have these in many different flavors. It's how I start my day. Personally, I don't need even a full packet. I empty half of one into a huge glass of water first thing each morning and drink it. They are great for travel, and for keeping a couple stashed in your purse. Some flavors of this brand I don't like at all, but many I do. And I appreciate that they're keto-friendly, too.
