Daytona Helmets 3/4 Open Face Motorcycle Helmet – DOT Approved

2XL fits my 7 5/8 hat size Asian head really well. I’m actually surprised how comfortable this helmet is and the padding hugs my face well actually cutting down wind noise pretty good. It also lives up to its low profile advertising and doesn’t give me a mushroom head. I have other low profile 3/4 open face helmets but their padding lets a lot of wind and noise in. When I first saw the padding on this Daytona helmet, I was expecting the worse and imagined it would look huge on my already big head but it does not. I’ve worn sunglasses under the helmet and goggles over the helmet and both work fine. My sunglasses tucked in the helmet didn’t hurt at all. I have a photo with my goggles on while I’m riding. I’ve had other Daytona half helmets but this one is my new favorite. The metallic gray looks nice too. It does have a quick release chin strap which feels very secure and because the helmet’s padding fits snugly, it doesn’t feel like the helmet is going to blow backwards and I don’t need to make the strap really tight like I have had to do with other helmets so I don’t feel like I’m choking. The little visor that comes with the helmet is okay but a longer 3 snap visor I have wouldn’t fit.

It is unfortunate when you request a product from AMAZON and get a bad quality and defected product. it should be checked before it is shipped to the customer. moreover, the refund is either taking long time or it comes with different value !!! till now i am not sure whom to contact? AMAZON or the Dealer !!! I hope this message is received with care to re-solve my concern

Nice helmet but the visor snaps are loose and it keeps coming off.

Second one I've bought, and due to the one drawback. Liner isn't removable for cleaning, and I sweat a lot in hot weather and cleaning it in place didn't kill the stank after a couple of summers. Other than that, it's the perfect 3-quarter helmet for light weight and that won't give you the lollipop or mushroom head look. Very slim and compact, sits low on the head too, highly recommended. I'm not obsessed with appearance, but I don't want to look like a clown going down the road with a giant bulbous helmet on. The adjustable, quick-lock chin strap design is the best I've seen on any helmet. Click-click when you push it together and tighten, one pull on a little strap tab thing to release it.
