Easy to use. Good quality

Does not fit all bits I use.
Be careful the spring shoots the bit out when accidentally tapped wrong.

Center spring shot out the second time I used it. Not recommended.

Launches bits, unfortunately.
The quick lock head is strongly spring loaded, and with its bulbous shape, it's easy to grab, and works fairly well. HOWEVER! It launches bits if you so much as bump anything while moving the screwdriver or drill into position. It wouldn't be such a big drawback if there were move of a positive lock or click required to activate the release, but it's downright inconvenient to use, in real life, since it's so easy to inadvertently launch your bit.
