After using the SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Asiatica Ampoule for over a month, I can confidently say this is one of the most calming and skin-transforming serums I’ve ever tried. As someone with sensitive, acne-prone skin that often reacts to new products, I was initially cautious. But this serum exceeded all expectations and has now earned a permanent spot in my skincare routine. This serum is impressive because it’s composed of 100% Centella Asiatica extract—not a watered-down mix or an infused version, but the real, concentrated thing. Sourced from Madagascar, the centella used is known for its high purity and powerful calming properties. There are no artificial fragrances, parabens, alcohol, or harsh preservatives, which makes it perfect for hypersensitive skin types, including those with rosacea, eczema, or inflammation due to acne. The ampoule has a light, watery consistency—almost like a toner, but with more hydration power. It spreads effortlessly and absorbs within seconds, leaving no sticky or greasy residue. You can easily layer it under other serums, moisturizers, or makeup without any pilling.

I appreciate that it’s accessible at this price because this serum helps my skin a lot — very gentle on my acne-prone, sensitive, super oily skin. The serum is super easy to apply with the dropper, which keeps other things from getting into the bottle — it’s perfect for easy, hygienic application. Just note that the bottle is glass, so be careful — it may break if dropped. I’ve only been using it for three weeks, but it’s already a staple. I currently use one bottle, and the other two are extra for long-term use, especially since I got them on a great deal. This is now my main hydration serum, and I’ll update after longer use if needed.
