I like these B complex vitamins because they have the B complex I wanted yet the tables are fairly small and easy to swallow.

Good price for a 2 month supply, the caplets are hard, so you might have some difficulty swallowing if you ae sensitive. They do have a slight odor that can be off-putting to the sensitive, but if you are not sensitive, get these, best price for all the B's in good amounts.

I didn't see that it has vitamin C added. I like my other B complex without vitamin C much more, because high dosages of vitamin C upset my stomach. It does however help boost my energy.

Do not buy multiples of these!These are tablets, not capsule or gel-caps, and B-Complex vitamins breakdown very quickly, especially when exposed directly to air, so I would not recommend purchasing more than one bottle of these at a time.Otherwise, they are of good quality, though I would choose a capsule in the future.
