Has anyone used this for a Kimber ultra carry ii?

No. I thought I remember reading that it doesn't work on kimbers

How is it to get that last round in? As in putting that 15th round in a 15 round mag???

I use a Glock 19 with 10 round magazine and I have no problem putting in all (10) 9mm rounds. Make sure the rounds pushed back toward the handle...

The left side of my body os paralyzed due to a brain hemorrhage. Can this loader be used one-handed?

First you must adjust and clamp a magazine in the loader. Could be difficult with one hand? Then just place a single cartridge into the loader and squeeze the handle to load into the mag. Handle travel is fairly long, a single hand would need to be strong with long fingers

Will this load a Glock 20 10 mm magazine ?

It will load my 9mm and my .45 ACP magazines. I would assume that it would load your 10mm magazines. Why don't you call Caldwell and find out. Good luck.
