Bought 7 of these from Amazon warehouse as “like new”. It was a good deal. Renting them for our party was same cost as buying and now I have for future use. Cheaper wire versions are available but these are much nicer and can be stacked/folded etc for storing. Recommend.

Everything was good just one of the trays was damaged

We bought this chafing dish for an appreciation party we threw for our contractors, who did the remodel on our house. We ordered some food from a local restaurant, and the two dishes did a great job keeping the food hot. We have done the same things a few other times when we held small get togethers of around 15 people. The foldable chafing dish set is very sturdy when set up, and fits neatly back in the box when the party is over. It's compact size makes storage easy. Even if you only use this once, or twice, a year for the holidays, it's worthwhile to own this setup, rather than getting a flimsy disposable one from the local party store, if they even have them.

I bought this before my son's 5th grade graduation party to use for taco fillings, and it's exactly what we needed! It's very easy to use, even for someone who has never used a Sterno heater before. It keeps the food hot for a few hours with 2 Sterno gel-cans, that fit in the provided holders. We lined the 2 pan inserts with aluminum foil to make clean-up even easier. It's nice that everything breaks down to almost flat, so it's easy to store. We usually buy the Sterno gel cans on Amazon or Wal-mart; both have comparable prices. Definitely a good buy if you entertain a lot, and family have already asked to borrow it for their events!

Per the instructions, make sure you fill the bath with hot water first; the fuel canisters won't be able to provide enough energy to heat the water in the bath from cold. I've been using it for camping to serve small outings and it works great! Makes for a fantastic breakfast buffet!It's cheap so I give it some lenience. My only complaint is that there are several sharp edges, especially on the frame and fuel canister holders. Great for private use, but I'd be very nervous about using these in a busy commercial setting as someone is bound to cut themselves in that kind of fast-paced environment.Straightforward assembly and cleans up easily.

I did a lot of research and after reading the reviews decided on this buffet server. It worked great for our pulled pork. I used the food pan to actually bake the stuffed shells in the oven . Just remember to put very hot water into the bottom pan so that the trays of food stay warm. The sterno burners are meant to only maintain the heat. The legs allow the unit to collapse easily for compact storage.

Cheap product. Cheap quality. It doesn’t come with 3 pans for serving like it says. It comes with 2 small which sit inside the large. The large one is the one that holds the water. You need water between the pans to keep the food warm so the Sterno doesn’t burn your food or the pan it’s in. So you can serve from the large but then you can use it as a chafing dish to keep food warm. I would suggest buying a better product quality unless you are okay with a cheap product.
