Does it flush well? Would it flush well in Europe?

I don't think I would flush these, unless you were at one of those super powerful commercial toilets that would suck down a Mack truck. When we use them I just throw it in the trash when we are done instead of flushing it. I don't know how it would flush in Europe, but I suspect it wouldn't be much better there than in the US.

How durable? Will it tear easily?

No it will not tear easily and is very durable. It's not like the regular tissue covers you see in public restrooms. It has a soft layer attached to a plastic waterproof layer.

Do these have tape on them to keep the covers in place?

No they don't, but they drape over the seat cover and I have never had any trouble with them staying in place.

How many packs and pieces?

I believe 6 I ordered 3 packs one for my husbands car, my car and a back up so I kind of don't remember. Sorry ☺️
